• Metal roofing. We work with multiple types of metal roofing, including ribbed panel (this is what most people see on barns and residential homes, where the fastener is exposed next to the “ribs”). We also work with standing seam metal roofs. These are more expensive but also one of the most durable and weather-tight roofing systems available. Standing seam metal roofs are sometimes preferred for their hidden fasteners and are sometimes even referred to as hidden fastener metal roofs. Standing seam/hidden fastener is what people are likely to see on commercial buildings, but we can install these on residential structures too.

What is EPDM?

EPDM is a strong and resilient flat roofing option as it is tear resistant and withstands a tremendous amount of weather and environmental conditions such heat, UV rays, cold and ozone. EPDM stands for ethylene propylene diene monomer, which refers to the chemicals (monomers) that are mixed together in various proportions to form it. These chemicals are ethylene, propylene and diene.
